中频感应真空烧结炉 Vacuum Sintering Furnace of Intermediate Frequency Induction
1.用途:主要用于硬质合金、粉末冶金特种陶瓷、难熔炼金属等材料的烧结、碳化、氢化、氮化、脱气、除杂、热处理等加工工艺。
Application :application is mainly found in the sintering, charring, hydrogenation, nitration, degassing, impurity removing, thermal treatment and many other processing techniques of hard alloys, powder metallurgy,special ceramics, hard-to-smelter metals and etc.
2.参数:高温区尺寸：ф200mm-500mm；h: 300mm-1000mm。

4.额定温度:2500℃。

5.工作气氛:氢气、真空、氮气、惰性气体。

6.特点:超高温大容量，对温度真空水电气等参数实行全方位程序自动测量及控制，控温精度±1℃。
Features :characterized by an ultra-high temperature and a large capacity as well as programmed and automated measurement and control of temperature, vacuum, water, electricity and gas parameters, with accuracy of temperature control being ±1℃.
其他类型烧结炉：
1）高真空烧结炉：最高烧结温度--2300℃，热态真空度达到5×103pa ，烧结均温区￠200（直径）*350mm左右；
2）中频感应烧结炉：最高烧结温度--1800℃，烧结均温区不小于￠200（直径）*350mm左右，可真空，气氛烧结；
3）气压烧结炉：最高烧结温度--2300℃，烧结均温区不小于￠200（直径）*350mm左右，烧结气压≥10Mpa；
4）多功能烧结炉：最高烧结温度1800--2300℃，烧结均温区不小于￠200（直径）*350mm左右，气压烧结（20—100atm），流动气氛烧结(Ar ,Nz)，计算机控温。
